It's difficult to keep up. Everyone and their grandmother has had a prediction for what to expect in the coming year - politically, technologically, economically, socially. Even in niche areas, like our own customers and followers. The legislative, geopolitical landscape is rapidly shifting. The market is hot with numerous successful (and failed) deals. And speaking of heat, LA is literally on fire. Not to mention - we're just only 10 days in to the near year. Wow.
You probably haven't even thought about those new year's resolutions since Monday. And don't forget to submit your 2025 week #2 timesheet. Ok, ok - I'll stop.
But as you can probably tell - I've been having a difficult time myself 1) absorbing everything in the news and 2) thinking about what to write this week for our readers and our team.
I thought about my own set of predictions for 2025. But they are like (you know what 💩) - everyone has one and they all stink. I also thought about my own resolutions - but realized I didn't make any. I prefer to set goals. And for good reason.
We're building a company and a following - and adding real value in our market. No doubt. So let's start (and end) there - short and sweet - as we finish this first full working week of the new year.
